Michael wants to bring a positive change to people with his experience, but he needs to find a safe platform where he can be honest. In the past, he hasn't discussed negative workplace issues with coworkers because he tries to stay out of office politics.
Michael has a passion to mentor new designers and help their careers blossom, but he doesn't necessarily need to work with employees in his office or even in his own company.
