ErgoArts is a consultancy dedicated to helping people work safely from their offices and their homes through consultations and ergonomic classes.
I worked with 3 team members and consulted with CEO Serafine Lilien in order to fully redesign the company's website.
With limited knowledge of how users were experiencing ErgoArts.com in its current state, we decided to conduct user observations to gain a clearer understanding.
This meant remotely observing participants as they browsed the current ErgoArts website, taking notes of their actions and habits, then talking to them about their experience to gain further insight.
The testers were able to provide us with tons of feedback. While there were some positive takeaways, a majority of the testers did not like the current layout, fonts, images, or color palette of the original website.
Solah works for a very successful interior design consulting firm based out of Atlanta as a Human Resource Manager. Since they moved their staff to full-time remote, she wants to find a service that educates employees about healthy work from home habits.
Solah needs a way to clearly understand the resources and services offered by the consultancy she hires, because she cares about the work health of her work from home employees.
How might we make the typography and color theory more aesthetically pleasing and less straining on users?
How might we change the website layout to be informative about the services offered?
How might we ensure that users can understand and utilize the media resources provided?
We created a Figma prototype to showcase the new design to the CEO. You can explore the new design in your browser by using the link below.
